FILTRO DE COMBUSTIBLE

El filtro de combustible es un elemento fundamental en todo tipo de vehículos (diésel o gasolina) ya que es el encargado de retener cualquier tipo de impurezas,  en su elemento,  que contenga el combustible (ya sean del tamaño que sean)  para evitar que éstas puedan entrar tanto al circuito de inyección como a los elementos importantes de alimentación de combustible que lo componen, como puede ser la bomba de alta presión, las tuberías de alimentación, los inyectores, etc.

La obstrucción del filtro de combustible se debe evitar siempre.

Dada la importancia del filtro de combustible, debemos saber que si estuviera obstruido o no filtrara como debe seguramente produzca pérdida de presión de inyección, obstrucciones de los inyectores y averías graves en las bombas de alta presión. Por lo que es recomendable realizar el mantenimiento debido del filtro de combustible y cambiarlo cuando se debe, e incluso cambiarlo antes para evitar impurezas, ya que sera beneficioso tanto para el sistema de alimentación de cualquier motor y su funcionamiento.

Es fundamental para lograr un trabajo de filtrado eficiente la calidad del filtro ya que en el mercado existen filtros de muy baja calidad y bajo precio.
